For breakfast I had 1 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 1/2 cups skim milk. (5 pts)
For a snack at 9:00 I ate a banana, forgot to take a picture. (2 pts) and also 1 cup of Kettle corn. (1 pt)
For lunch I had 2 wraps (carb smart tortilla, 1 piece of cheese, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat), and 1 cup of canned pineapple. (7 pts)
For a snack on the way home from work I had 1 orange. (1 point)
For supper I had honey spice chicken, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 medium baked potato with 1/2 tbsp. of Light ICBINB, 2 Tbsp. of fat free sour cream. (10 pts)
For dessert I had 1 1/2 cups skim milk and 2 oatmeal raisin cookies. (5.5) and also my last Lindt Truffle from Valentine's Day. (2 pts)
Later on I ate Smart Pop Kettle corn and 18 gobstoppers. (3 pts)

This may not seem huge, but the fact that my Valentine's day candy lasted over a week is a big deal for me. In the past, I would have had it all eaten in 2 days. I still have a full size Ghiardelli chocolate bar left! I have to give myself a pat on the back for that one. Baby steps!
