Moist Pumpkin Spice Cake Recipe

  • Boxed white cake mix
  • No sugar added applesauce
  • water
  • egg whites
  • 1 small package of pumpkin spice pudding mix
  1. Follow the instructions on the box, substitute the oil by using the no sugar added applesauce instead. Use egg whites.
  2. Mix in all of the ingredients, including the pudding mix.
  3. Pour the mix into a 9 x 13 clear baking dish and baked according to the box directions.
This is incredibly moist and delicious! This is great topped with a little Cool Whip Free! It’s especially enjoyable warm out of the oven.

Mine was 2 points (old points system), when I cut the cake into 20 pieces. It will really depend on the type of cake mix and pudding that you use. Always calculate the calories/points based on the exact ingredients that you use.
