As I work towards my health and fitness goals, I find that I am much more successful when I’m filling my body nutritious foods and not letting myself get to the point of feeling ‘hangry’. My husband appreciates the last part very much since I’m kind of a bear when I’m hungry, but so is he—so we’re even.
