  2. I tried to comment on today's blog which is 10/9/15. I wasn't able to do that as something has changed and I don't know what discus is. Anyway, here is my comment:

    I've heard so many people in Weight Watcher's meetings say that a picture motivated them to start getting serious about losing weight. Some said they did not know the person was them and asked "Who is she?" So you can count that picture as a motivational thing and not necessarily bad.

    I know that feeling of wanting to eat when I am not hungry at all. I am also an emotional eater and sometimes the draw to food seems to be so strong that I can't resist. I've tried waiting 20 minutes and it usually works but it's really hard sometimes to make myself stop and refocus. I applaud you for deciding on the cup of coffee instead of food. I sometimes do the same thing except with decaf tea. It does get easier to tell myself "no" if I stick to it. Have a great weekend.
